3/4 cup whole Almonds, raw (soaked for a few hours)
3/4 cup Cashew nuts, raw (soaked for a few hours)
2 tbsp Garlic (minced)
1/2 cup Lemon juice
1/2 cup Water, filtered (1/2 cup to 1 cup)
2 tbsp Tahini
1 tsp Sea salt
1/8 tsp Cumin (a pinch)
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions


Drain and rinse nuts. Place everything in food processor and blend until very smooth. Start with 1/2 cup water and add as needed.
