1 cup Coconut, shredded, unsweetened (1 batch of coconut milk not yet blended)
3 cup Water (1 batch of coconut milk not yet blended - 3-4 cups hot water)
1 1/2 piece, 1-inch Ginger root
2 tsp Cinnamon (or 2-inch sticks)
1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground
1/2 tsp Cardamom, ground
1 tsp Allspice, ground
1/4 tsp Black pepper (or 4 black pepper balls)
1 pinch Sea Salt
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure


If using almonds, soak overnight. Drain and throw away water. Rinse well.

Blend ingredients with water, in a blender. Use as is or drain and use pulp in bread, crackers, etc. The pulp works great in little dehydrated pulp cookies.
