Pulverize one package of chocolate wafers (place in a Ziploc bag and crush with a rolling pin; or do the same much faster with a food processor).
Mix 2 cups of the crushed wafers with melted butter (warmed in microwave), sugar and 2 heaping tablespoons of peanut butter.
Layer generously into bottom of mason jars and bake in oven at 375 degrees for 10-minutes.
Nutella Mousse Filling: Whisk dry instant chocolate pudding mix with 1 1/4 cup of fat free or 1% milk vigorously for 2 minutes. Add in 1/4 cup of Nutella and whisk for another 1-2 minutes. Add in 1/2 of whipped cream and whisk for another 2-3 minutes.
Gently fold in remaining whipped cream.
Serve with dollop of frozen whip and top with crushed chocolate wafer crumbs.
