Ingredients


2 medium Apple (thinly sliced)
1/8 tsp Coconut vinegar (to taste)
4 leaf Collard greens
1/8 tsp Sea salt (to taste)
1 onion(s) Sweet onion (thinly sliced)
1 cup Walnuts (or pecans)

Instructions


1. Cut leaves in half and remove the hard stem. One half leaf will make one wrap.

2. Fill each green with ingredients, serve, and enjoy!
