Ingredients


3/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain, 1% M.F. (or plain, or coconut or dairy-free yogurt)
1/2 medium Banana (sliced)
1 tbsp Walnuts (or almonds)
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tsp Cacao nibs, raw, Sunfoods
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Maple syrup
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure

Instructions


In a small bowl, add all the ingredients in order and stir until combined.

Enjoy as a yogurt snack or dessert.

To make a smoothie, add 1 cup of water to the ingredients and blend until smooth.
