1 bunch Curly kale (chopped)
1 beet(s) Beets, raw (shredded)
1 cup Cashew nuts, raw (pieces)
1/2 medium Red onion (sliced)
1 cup grated Carrots
1 tsp minced Ginger root
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper (or to taste)
1/2 tsp Sea salt (or to taste)
2 medium Lemon (juiced)


1. Put chopped kale in a large bowl and pour fresh lemon juice and sea salt on top
2. Massage kale for about a minute and let rest about 5 minutes while preparing vegetables.
3. Add vegetables, grated ginger and cayenne to kale an toss well, let rest another 5 minutes for the flavours to combine.
4. Portion on plates an top with crushed cashews
5. Serve

*you want to add cashews at the end so they don't become soggy.
