341 gm Japanese noodles, soba, cooked (or rice noodles or spiralized veggies)
1 medium Carrots
4 medium Radish (thinly sliced)
3 green onion (stem) Green onion, scallion, ramp (thinly sliced)
1 cup whole Sugar snap peas (steamed and julienned)
1/2 cup slices Red bell pepper (thinly sliced, optional)
1 tbsp Cilantro (coriander) (chopped)
2 cup shredded Chicken breast, boneless, skinless, grilled
1 tbsp Sesame seeds


Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and transfer to a bowl.

Toss with veggies, desired amount of sauce Almond Sauce and cooked chicken. Top with toasted sesame seeds.

Serve warm or chilled.
