1 medium Banana (frozen, chopped)
1 tbsp Chia seeds, ground (or ground flaxseed)
1/4 tsp Cinnamon (to taste)
3 cube(s) Ice cubes
1 cup Kale
1 tbsp Peanut butter, natural (or almond butter)


1. Wash kale, and add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
