1 cup Almond milk, vanilla, unsweetened, Silk
1 medium Banana (s) (frozen, chopped)
1 tbsp Chia seeds, ground (or ground flaxseed)
1 dash Cinnamon (to taste)
3 cube(s) Ice cubes
1 cup Kale
1 tbsp Peanut butter, natural (or almond butter)

Instructions


  1. Wash kale, and add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
