Ingredients


1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1/4 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
1 tbsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Cardamom, ground
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Coconut oil
1/2 cup pitted Dates (chopped)
1 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground) (mix with water)
1/4 cup Maple syrup
2 1/2 cup Oat flour
1/2 cup Pecans (chopped)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Turmeric, ground
3 tbsp Water (mix with flax)

Instructions


Preheat oven to 350F.

Line a muffin tin with paper liners.

Mix the ground flaxseeds with the water, set aside for 10 minutes.

Whisk together the dry ingredients.

Stir in the liquid ingredients and mix well with a big spoon.

Evenly divide the mix and bake muffins for 25 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
