Ingredients


1/2 cup whole Almonds, raw
1 cup Rolled oats, dry
1/4 cup Coconut, shredded, unsweetened
1/2 cup pitted Prunes
1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1/4 cup Almond milk, vanilla, unsweetened, Silk

Instructions


1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor, except 1 tbsp of coconut
2. shape into cookies
3. dust cookies with remaining coconut
4. refrigerate for 30 minutes
5. serve
