1 cup Quick oats
1 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain, 1% M.F.
1 tbsp Honey
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1 pinch Sea salt, fine
1/2 cup Medjool date (chopped)
1/4 cup Raisins, seedless (sultana)


  1. In a Mason jar or bowl, add oats, Greek yogurt, honey, cinnamon, and sea salt. Stir to combine.
  2. Stir in raisins and half the dates. Top with remaining dates and drizzle with honey.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Thin with unsweetened almond milk if needed.
