|1 cup||Quick oats|
|1 1/2 cup||Greek yogurt, plain, 1% M.F.|
|1 pinch||Sea salt, fine|
|1/2 cup||Medjool date (chopped)|
|1/4 cup||Raisins, seedless (sultana)|
1. In a Mason jar or bowl, add oats, Greek yogurt, honey, cinnamon and sea salt. Stir to combine.
2. Stir in raisins and ¼ cup dates. Top with remaining dates and drizzle with honey.
3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
4. Thin with unsweetened almond milk if needed.
