1 medium Banana (s)
1/2 tsp unpacked Brown sugar
1/3 cup Oats, large flakes, dry
1 dash Salt
1/4 cup slices Strawberries
2/3 cup Water


If preparing in microwave:

  • Add all ingredients in a small bowl and microwave for 2 minutes. 

If preparing on stove top:

  • Add oats in boiling salted water. 
  • Reduce heat to low and cook for 7 minutes.
  • Add sugar and fruits and cook for 2 more minutes. 


For more protein - add a tablespoon of hemp or chia seeds or even a scoop of protein powder
