Ingredients


1 cup Rolled oats, dry
1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice (or any combination of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, or cloves)
1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
1 cup Water, filtered (or almond milk)
2 tbsp Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free (for topping)
1 medium Apple (chopped; for topping)
4 tbsp Walnuts (crushed; for topping)
2 tbsp Sunflower seeds (for topping)

Instructions


  1. In a medium-sized pot, combine rolled oats with the pumpkin pie spice. 
  2. Stir in the applesauce and water. 
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. The next morning, heat on stovetop over medium-low heat, while stirring.
  5. To serve, top with yogurt, chopped apple, walnuts, and sunflower seeds.
