|1 can (14oz)||Lentils, canned|
|1 cup||Grape tomatoes (halved)|
|1/2 onion(s)||Sweet onion (julienned)|
|2 cup||Kale (chopped)|
I use this as a base/side for my octopus dish:
While octopus is resting...
Add onions to med-high frying pan and saute for about 5 mins
Add lentils, kale and grape tomatoes to the pan cooking for another 5-7 mins.
Season with S&P and serve octopus over bed of these yumminess!
