1 cup Grape tomatoes (quartered)
2 tsp Apple cider vinegar (unpasteurized)
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 green onion (stem) Green onion (green part only, chopped in thin circles)
2 tbsp Cilantro (coriander) (fresh; chopped)

Instructions


  1. Mix all of the ingredients together, place in refrigerator to cool and marinate for 1-2 hours.
