Okra and Mushroom Stir Fry

2 tbsp Butter, grass fed, unsalted (can sub with coconut oil to keep vegan)
454 gm Okra (halved)
1 package (227g) Cremini (Italian) mushroom (sliced)
227 gm Oyster mushroom
2 tbsp Soy sauce, tamari
3 sheet Seaweed, nori (sliced)


Heat a large pan on medium heat with butter

Once hot and butter is melted, add the vegetables. Add a splash of water and cover the pan with a lid and let simmer for 5 minutes

Remove lid, stir, then add in tamari and seaweed slices. Coo for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally

Turn off heat and serve
