Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a bowl, combine the oats, chia and flaxseed. Pour in water and allow to sit for at least one hour.
After about an hour, add the almond milk, spices, orange zest, maple syrup and coconut sugar. Stir well. Fold in about half of the washed blueberries and place in a 22cm x 22cm baking pan.
Remove the core from the apple and cut into slices. Place slices over top of the oat mixture. Drizzle with orange juice.
Add the remaining blueberries and hazelnuts and sprinkle with coconut sugar.
Place in oven and bake for 30-40 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool. Serve with more maple syrup if desired.
