Ingredients


1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
3 beet(s) Beets, raw (peeled and cut into 2 inch pieces)
1/4 tsp Black pepper (optional)
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Rosemary, fresh (chopped)
1/4 tsp Salt (optional)

Instructions


Heat oven to 425F (220C). 

Coat beats with olive oil, vinegar, rosemary, salt & pepper 

Place on a baking sheet lined with foil and bake for 25 minutes or until tender.
