908 gm Red mini potato (multicolor mini potatoes)
2 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
1/2 tbsp Rosemary, dried
1/2 tbsp, leaves Thyme, dried
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 dash Salt and pepper (too taste)

Instructions


  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or tinfoil.
  2. Toss the potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread evenly on the baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes, then remove from oven and toss.
  4. Place the potatoes back in the oven for another 10 minutes or until tender and golden brown around the edges. The timing will depend on the size and freshness of your potatoes.
