Overnight Chia Pudding + Berries

1 1/2 cup Almond milk, vanilla, unsweetened, Silk (or water)
1/3 cup Chia seeds, ground
1/4 cup Flaxseed meal (ground)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup Blueberries (or berry of choice)


1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk vigorously to combine. Can place mixture in jar or container once combined.

2. Let rest covered in the fridge overnight or at least 3-5 hours (or until it has achieved a pudding-like consistency).

Serve and enjoy!
