|1 1/2 cup||Almond milk, vanilla, unsweetened, Silk (or water)|
|1/3 cup||Chia seeds, ground|
|1/4 cup||Flaxseed meal (ground)|
|1/2 cup||Blueberries (or berry of choice)|
1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk vigorously to combine. Can place mixture in jar or container once combined.
2. Let rest covered in the fridge overnight or at least 3-5 hours (or until it has achieved a pudding-like consistency).
