4 cup | Almond milk, unsweetened (vanilla) |
1/2 cup | Cocoa powder, unsweetened |
1/4 cup | Maple syrup |
1 tsp | Vanilla extract, pure |

1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
2. Mix contents with a wire whisk or fork until well combined.
3. Cover bowl and set aside for 15–30 minutes and then mix thoroughly again with whisk or fork.
4. Spoon mixture into four small jars or serving cups and put into fridge overnight.
5. Top chia pudding cups with fresh fruit, chocolate shavings, or a small amount of chopped nuts or shredded coconut flakes. Enjoy!
