Overnight Choc. Raspberry Oats & Hard Boiled Egg

Making overnight oats is a quick and easy way to incorporate a filling breakfast for busy mornings.

Ingredients


1/2 cup Rolled oats, dry
1/2 tsp Cocoa powder, unsweetened
2/3 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1 cup Frozen raspberries, unsweetened (or fresh)
Egg, hard boiled (on the side)

Instructions


1. Mix the dry ingredients together in a glass mason jar. 

2. Add in the wet ingredients (except for the raspberries).

3. Mix ingredients together gently until evenly incorporated. 

4. Leave in the fridge overnight and in the morning remove from fridge and top with raspberries - or any other berry or fruit of choice!

**can top in the morning with 2 tbsp mix of nuts/seeds, coconut.

Oats

contain soluble fiber which may help to prevent spikes in blood glucose by delaying the absorption of glucose in th blood!

Berries

are an excellent source of antioxidants which are so important for immunity!
