A great way to prepare breakfast and have it ready for those early mornings!
Ingredients
3/4 cup
Oats, large flakes, dry
1/2 cup
Frozen blueberries
(fresh, or berries of choice)
1/2 tbsp
Applesauce, unsweetened
1 cup
Oat Milk, Minor Figures Dairy
(rice, almond, or coconut milks are also good kidney-friendly milk alternatives)
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a glass container or mason jar.
Place the lid on the jar or container, give it a good shake, and refrigerate overnight, or for up to 5 days.
Serve cold or remove the lid from the jar or container and microwave on high for 30-seconds. Replace the lid; shake; remove the lid and microwave for 30-seconds more. Remove from the microwave, replace the lid and shake a few more times. Eat directly from the jar or pour into a bowl, if desired.
