Ingredients


1/2 cup Almond milk, vanilla, unsweetened, Silk
1/2 tsp Cinnamon (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
1 cup Frozen strawberry (or berry of choice)
1/2 cup Oats, large flakes, dry (gluten-free, if necessary)
1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1 tbsp Slivered almonds
1 tbsp Walnuts (crushed)

Instructions


  1. Add all ingredients to a glass mason jar, secure the lid, and shake vigorously or stir to combine.
  2. Place the oat mixture in the fridge overnight and grab-and-go on your way out the door in the morning or enjoy at home.
  3. To serve, remove the lid and consume cold or warm in the microwave.

Quick Tip:

For a heartier breakfast, double the serving or add a boiled egg with toast!
