2 scoop | Whey protein powder, vanilla |
1/4 cup | Peanut butter, powder |
2 tbsp | Chia seeds |
1 medium | Banana (s) |
1 tbsp | Honey, raw |
1 cup | Almond milk, unsweetened |
Smash banana and honey together in a medium mixing bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and blend together until well blended. Mix well to make sure banana and honey is blended into the mixture
Place mixture into 4, 4-oz. mason jars with tight fitting lids.
Refrigerate overnight or until firm. Enjoy as a part of a healthy breakfast or as a quick snack.
