A great way to prepare breakfast and have it ready for those early mornings!

Ingredients


1/2 cup Almond milk, vanilla, unsweetened, Silk
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Flaxseeds (ground)
1/2 cup Frozen blueberries
1/2 cup Frozen strawberry
1/2 cup Oats, large flakes, dry
1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)

Instructions


  1. Place all ingredients in a glass container or mason jar and mix to incorporate each ingredient and place in fridge overnight.
  2. Grab and go the next morning!

     

Notes:

Tip

  • If consistency is too thick, add more almond milk in the morning.
  • To meal prep, prepare a large batch in an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
