3 cup Red cabbage (sliced)
3 cup grated Carrots
2 tbsp Parsley, fresh (finely chopped)
2 tbsp Honey (or date puree)
2 tbsp Coconut, shredded, unsweetened
4 tbsp Lime juice (fresh)
1/4 cup Olive oil
1 clove(s) Garlic (crushed)
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions


In a blender, combine oil, garlic, cumin, salt and lemon juice to make a dressing.

Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Pour salad over top and toss to coat the salad.
