This cold pasta dish is easy to make and a perfect addition to any potluck, barbecue, or family dinner.
Ingredients

Pasta, whole wheat, cooked
(rotini, bowtie, etc.)

Grape tomatoes
(halved)

1/2 cup

Frozen green peas
(thawed)
|
1 medium pepper(s)
|
Red bell pepper
(seeded, julienned)

Garlic
(minced)

Instructions
- Cook Rotini according to package directions and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, add the grape tomatoes, cucumber, thawed peas, red bell pepper, garlic, red onion, and black olives and mix together.
- Add the cooled, cooked pasta, Italian salad dressing, and parmesan cheese (or vegan parmesan) to the bowl, mix well, and serve.
