426 gm Pasta, macaroni, elbow, cooked (or pasta of choice; cooked according to package instructions)
3/4 cup Frozen green peas (thawed)
2 cup Grape tomato (s) (halved)
1 medium pepper(s) Red bell pepper (seeded, julienned)
1/2 cup grated Zucchini (or chopped)
4 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
1 can (15oz) Cannellini beans, canned (drained, rinsed)
1/4 cup Caesar salad dressing, low calorie
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded


  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions and rinse with cold water.
  2. Thaw green peas on the counter or in the microwave (if using the microwave, rinse with cold water once thawed).
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add the thawed peas, grape tomatoes, red bell pepper, zucchini, garlic, and cannellini beans. Toss to combine.
  4. Stir in the cooked pasta, Caesar salad dressing, and parmesan cheese and serve.
