100 gm | Rice noodles, dry |
2 tbsp | Olive Oil, Extra Virgin |
4 medium shallot(s) | Shallots |
2 packet | Monk Fruit in The Raw Natural Sweetener |
160 gm | Chicken breast, boneless, skinless (sliced) |
2 tsp | Fish sauce |
2 tsp | Miso paste |
2 tbsp | Tamarind paste |
1 tsp | Hot pepper (chili) flakes (to taste) |
4 tbsp | Garlic chives (cut into 1 inches) |
1/2 cup | Water, filtered |
1. Heat oil in a pan, add shallot and then garlic, fry until fragrance.
2. Add chicken.
3. Season with fish sauce, miso, chili, tamarind, monk fruit, then the noodle.
4. Add water to dilute everything and soften the noodle. Keep cooking, stir from time to time to make sure the noodle get boil all over.This should take around 10 minutes
5. When done, noodle should be soft with a little bit of sticky sauce, add the garlic chive and serve hot.
