Attach radish, carrot and zucchini to a spirulizer device and make into long, noodle shapes.
Alternatively, slice on the julienne setting of a mandolin or grater. Place in a serving bowl and add the Famous Almond Sauce.
Mix sauce well with hands. Top with cilantro and sesame seeds. Serve with extra limes.
