2 radish Radish, daikon (1-2, peeled)
4 medium Carrots (peeled)
227 gm Zucchini
1 cup Bean sprouts (about 2 handfuls)
4 green onion (stem) Green onion, scallion, ramp (white parts)
1 cup Cilantro (coriander) (chopped)
2 tbsp Sesame seeds
2 slice Lime (can use more)


Attach radish, carrot and zucchini to a spirulizer device and make into long, noodle shapes.

Alternatively, slice on the julienne setting of a mandolin or grater. Place in a serving bowl and add the Famous Almond Sauce.

Mix sauce well with hands. Top with cilantro and sesame seeds. Serve with extra limes.
