Ingredients


1 cup Almond butter (or choice of nut butter)
1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp Baking soda
2 1/2 medium Banana (very ripe)
2 medium egg Egg
1 1/2 tbsp Honey (or 10 drops liquid stevia)
5 pitted prune(s) Prunes (chopped)
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure

Instructions


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend until well mixed: batter will be sticky.

3. Pour batter into a greased mini muffin tins.

4. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 8 minutes or so.

5. If making larger muffins, increase baking time to 12-15 minutes.
