Easy and fast way to throw together a lunch!


4 slice Turkey, deli cut
1/2 cucumber(s) Cucumber (sliced longways)
1/2 avocado(s) Avocado (for turkey roll up)
1 medium egg Egg, hard boiled (sliced)
1 tbsp Almonds, raw
5 tomato Cherry Tomatoes
6 medium Baby carrots
1/4 cup Blueberries


1. Make turkey roll up:

  • Place a slice of cucumber and avocado in the middle of a piece of turkey.
  • Roll up to create a mini-turkey wrap! 


2. To assemble your lunch box: Choose small amounts of each "paleo approved" finger foods. The point of a bento is to have 4-6 easy to eat foods that make a complete meal.


3. You can mix and match, but try to include a lean protein source (turkey, chicken breast, leftover meat etc.), vegetables (baby carrots, raw broccoli, cucumber, tomatoes), fruit (berries, sliced apples, seasonal fruits) and a source of good fat (almonds, avocado, olives, almond butter).
