|1 1/2 cup||Almond flour/meal, Bob's Red Mill|
|3 tbsp||Coconut flour|
|2 tbsp||Flaxseed meal (ground)|
|1/4 tsp||Sea salt|
|1 1/2 tsp||Baking powder (aluminum-free)|
|5 jumbo egg||Egg (pastured)|
|1/4 cup||Coconut oil (or ghee, melted)|
|1 tbsp||Apple cider vinegar|
1. Place almond flour, coconut flour, flax, salt and baking soda in a food processor and pulse the ingredients together.
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix.
3. Pour batter into a parchment-lined loaf pan. Bake 350 F. for 40 minutes. Cool and serve.
