Ingredients


1 1/2 cup Almond flour/meal, Bob's Red Mill
3 tbsp Coconut flour
2 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
1/4 tsp Sea salt
1 1/2 tsp Baking powder (aluminum-free)
5 jumbo egg Egg (pastured)
1/4 cup Coconut oil (or ghee, melted)
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

Instructions


1. Place almond flour, coconut flour, flax, salt and baking soda in a food processor and pulse the ingredients together. 

2. Add remaining ingredients and mix.

3. Pour batter into a parchment-lined loaf pan. Bake 350 F. for 40 minutes. Cool and serve.
