1 1/2 cup Almond flour/meal, Bob's Red Mill
3 tbsp Coconut flour
2 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground) (optional)
1/4 tsp Sea salt
1 1/2 tsp Baking powder (aluminum-free)
5 large egg Egg
1/4 cup Coconut oil (or ghee, melted)
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar (raw)

Instructions


Place almond flour, coconut flour, flax, salt and baking soda in a food processor and pulse the ingredients together. add remaining ingredients and mix. Pour batter into a parchment-lined loaf pan. bake 350 f. for 40 minutes. cool and serve.

Note:

Serve with almond butter.
