Ingredients


1/2 cup Arrowroot flour
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
511 gm Chicken thighs, boneless, skinless (chopped)
1/4 cup Green onion
2 medium stalk(s) Celery (diced)
2 medium Carrots (medium; diced)
1/2 tsp Thyme, fresh
1/4 tsp Turmeric, powder
6 cup Chicken broth (stock)
1 1/2 cup Gluten free flour (1:1 baking mix, for dumplings)
3/4 tsp Baking soda (for dumplings)
1 1/2 tsp Salt (for dumplings)
3/4 cup Coconut milk, canned (full-fat, for dumplings)

Instructions


  1. Add all the soup ingredients to a large pot. Start the soup on low heat for 15-20 minutes. 
  2. While the soup is simmering make the dumplings. Start by mixing the flour, baking soda, salt and coconut milk together. Use your hands to form the dough into small dumplings. 
  3. Add the dumplings to the soup and simmer for another 5 minutes. 
  4. Serve!
