Ingredients


1 cup Vegetable stock/broth (choice of broth)
1 tsp Coconut aminos, Coconut Secret
2 mushroom(s) Cremini (Italian) mushroom (thinly sliced)
1/8 tsp minced Ginger root
1/4 tsp White pepper
1 large egg Egg
1 pinch Salt (to taste)

Instructions


Bring all ingredients except for the egg to a boil. Lower heat to a simmer and cook 1 minute until mushrooms are tender.

Whisk the egg in a small cup and slowly pour into the soup while stirring to create ribbons of egg. Taste for salt and add extra if needed.
