Paleo Maple-Nut Porridge with Banana

1/2 medium Banana (s) (very ripe)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp Coconut butter
2 tsp Maple syrup
1/2 cup Pecans (soaked overnight)
1 dash Sea Salt (to taste)
3/4 cup Water (boiling)


  1. In a blender, place all the ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. The mixture will be thin. If you do not have a high-powered blender the nuts will need to be soaked and not dehydrated.
  3. Place mixture into a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Heat gently until thick and creamy.
  4. Top with your favorite fruit or coconut flakes. Serve and enjoy!
