|1/2 medium||Banana (very ripe)|
|2 tbsp||Coconut butter|
|2 tsp||Maple syrup|
|1/2 cup||Pecans (soaked overnight)|
|1/8 tsp||Sea salt (to taste)|
|3/4 cup||Water (boiling)|
1. In a blender, place all the ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Mixture will be thin. If you do not have a high powered blender the nuts will need to be soaked and not dehydrated.
3. Place mixture into a small saucepan over medium low heat. Heat gently until thick and creamy.
