341 gm Pancake mix, dry (1 bag Birchblenders Paleo Pancakes)
2 large Egg
1 medium Banana (s)
2 1/4 cup Flax milk, unsweetened (Good Karma + Protein Flax Milk)
2 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions


  1. Blend milk, banana, eggs and cinnamon until smooth. 

  2. Fold mix into blended mixture. 

  3. Add pancake mix to hot griddle. Cook until bubbles form then flip and cook until golden brown. 

  4. For waffles: Use same ingredients. May need to add less milk for thicker batter. Preheat waffle iron and add according to your waffle makers capacity.
