Paleo Porridge

This delicious nut-based porridge is completely grain-free.


1 tbsp Chia seeds, ground
1 tbsp Flaxseeds
1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1/4 cup Walnuts
2 tbsp Coconut flakes
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 cup Water (boiling)


  1. Combine the chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, coconut flakes in a high-powered blender and blend until finely ground. 
  2. Add cinnamon, sea salt, and boiling water into the blender and cover with the lid. 
  3. Blend very carefully starting on low setting, then moving to high, until porridge is smooth.
  4. Transfer porridge to a bowl. Garnish with raisins, sunflower seeds, or treats of your choice. Serve and enjoy!



  • For a sweet taste blend in 1 banana, or add in 1 Tbsp of maple syrup.
