1 tbsp Chia seeds, ground
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp Coconut flakes
1 tbsp Flaxseeds
1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
1/4 tsp Sea salt
1/4 cup Walnuts
1 cup Water (boiling)


Combine all dry ingredients in a blender and blend until finely ground.

Pour boiling water into the blender, and cover with lid. Blend very carefully starting on low setting, then moving to high, until porridge is smooth.

Transfer porridge to a bowl. Garnish with raisins, sunflower seeds or treats of your choice.

Serve and enjoy!
