1 tbsp | Pumpkin seeds (pepitas) |
1/4 cup | Walnuts |
2 tbsp | Coconut flakes |

1 cup | Water (boiling) |
1. Combine the chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, coconut flakes in a high-powered blender and blend until finely ground.
2. Add cinnamon, sea salt, and boiling water into the blender and cover with the lid.
3. Blend very carefully starting on low setting, then moving to high, until porridge is smooth.
4. Transfer porridge to a bowl. Garnish with raisins, sunflower seeds or treats of your choice. Serve and enjoy!
Quick Tips:
For a sweet taste blend in 1 banana, or add in 1 Tbsp of maple syrup.
