This delicious nut-based porridge is completely grain-free.
Ingredients
1 tbsp

Chia seeds, ground

Flaxseeds
|
1 tbsp

Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)

1/4 cup

Walnuts
|
2 tbsp
|
Coconut flakes
|
1 tsp

Cinnamon

Sea Salt

Instructions
- Combine the chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, coconut flakes in a high-powered blender and blend until finely ground.
- Add cinnamon, sea salt, and boiling water into the blender and cover with the lid.
- Blend very carefully starting on low setting, then moving to high, until porridge is smooth.
- Transfer porridge to a bowl. Garnish with raisins, sunflower seeds, or treats of your choice. Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
Sweetness
- For a sweet taste blend in 1 banana, or add in 1 Tbsp of maple syrup.
Protein powder
- Choose vegan options that are unflavoured or naturally flavored and sweetened with stevia. Brands include Genuine Health, Sunwarrior, and Vega.
