Ingredients


3/4 cup Pumpkin purée, canned
1 cup Zucchini (peeled and chopped)
1/4 cup Tahini
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 medium Lemon (juiced)
2 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
1 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Paprika, smoked

Instructions


  1. Process all ingredients in a food processor until ingredients are thoroughly mixed and texture is smooth. 

Notes:

Optional: Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds on top!
