Ingredients


1/3 cup Basil, fresh (sliced finely)
2 medium stalk(s) Celery (diced finely)
1 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes
1/4 tsp Chili powder (optional)
3 cup Frozen edamame (soybeans) (defrosted)
1 1/2 cup Havarti cheese
1 whole lemon(s) Lemon peel (zest)
3 cup elbows Pasta, macaroni, elbow, cooked
2 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp White wine vinegar

Instructions


Defrost edamame if necessary. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together gently.

Serve and enjoy!
