1. Cook pasta in boiling water until “al dente” or 1-2 minutes less than the package directions. Drain it.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet on medium heat.
3. Add chopped onion and garlic to the skillet and saute for 1-2 minutes. Add the tomato sauce or soy vegetarian Ragu Sauce.
4. Once warmed, add the sauce to the cooked pasta and mix.
