This breakfast smoothie is light and refreshing; perfect for on-the-go or sipping on the patio on a warm summer’s morning.

Ingredients


1/2 cup Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
2 tbsp Almond butter
1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (or dairy-free yogurt)
1/2 scoop Protein Powder, Vega Sport, vanilla
29 gm Allulose
2 cube(s) Ice cubes (if using fresh, not frozen, fruit)

Instructions


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until combined. Serve over extra ice cubes.
  2. Enjoy immediately, or prepare the night before, pour contents into a to-go container and store in the fridge to grab in the morning and shake well before serving.

Notes:

  • Add 1 Tbsp ground flaxseeds for fiber
  • Add 3 hemp hearts for healthy fats and extra protein
  • Add a handful of spinach to get your veggies in!
