Ingredients


1/2 cup Strawberries (frozen)
1 tbsp Peanut butter, natural
2 tbsp Quick oats
1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
2/3 cup Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 tsp Maple syrup

Instructions


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until combined. 
  2. Add water and scrape down the sides of the blender, if necessary, until the desired texture is reached.
  3. Enjoy immediately, or prepare the night before and store in the fridge to grab in the morning. Shake well before serving.
