|2 cup||Frozen green peas|
|1/2 cup||Water, filtered|
1. Rinse peas.
2. Cook! Steam in a double broiler for 10 minutes or until you can pierce with a fork.
3. Transfer to a blender and add water. Start with 1/4 cup and adjust for the texture you want)
4. Blend until smooth. Freeze in 1oz ice cube trays, but really this amount will go in about 2 days especially if also reserving some to serve the rest of the family.
