2 cup Frozen green peas
1/2 cup Water, filtered

Instructions


  1. Rinse peas. 
  2. Steam in a double broiler for 10 minutes or until you can pierce with a fork. 
  3. Transfer to a blender and add water.  Start with half the water and adjust for the texture you want
  4. Blend until smooth.  
  5. Optional: Freeze in 1oz ice cube trays.
