1 avocado(s) Avocado (peeled and cut into 3/4-inch dice)
1/2 whole lemon(s) Lemon peel (zest)
2 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 stalk(s) Chives (chopped)
1 sprig Cilantro (coriander) (chopped)
1 pinch Kosher salt
1 dash Black pepper


1. Place the peaches, avocado, lemon zest, lemon juice, and olive oil in a bowl and stir to combine.
2. Add a few chopped chives and a few tablespoons of chopped or torn cilantro as desired.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
