Peach and Berry Green Smoothie

1 cup slices Peach
1/2 cup Mixed berries
1 medium Banana (s)
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1 cup Kale
1 cup Coconut milk (or water)


Place ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add water, if needed, for desired consistency

Tip: Smoothies can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator 1-2 days or frozen up to 3 months. If you freeze them make sure to take out and place in the refrigerator the night before to thaw.
